These terms govern purchases made on this website. The software itself is licensed under the License Agreement.

Seller

The product

OrchestraX is downloadable software, sold as a perpetual license with5 device activations (see the License Agreement). It is digital content supplied without a physical medium.

Ordering and delivery

Payment is handled by Stripe (card) or PayPal. Prices are shown in euros,[including / excluding] VAT. Delivery is immediate: your license key is shown after payment, emailed to you, and permanently available in your customer account, together with the software download.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the license key is delivered.

Independently of the above, we offer a goodwill refund within[14] days of purchase: contact support@maj13.com. Refunding an order deactivates its license key and all its activations.

Your account

Sign-in is passwordless, via one-time links sent to your purchase email. Keep access to that mailbox secure — it controls your licenses. From your account you can download the software, retrieve invoices and keys, and manage device activations.

Fair use and enforcement

License keys are personal. Sharing keys, circumventing activation limits, or initiating unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of the license as described in the License Agreement. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [French] law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).[If selling from France: name the consumer mediation scheme you are registered with, as required by the Code de la consommation.]
