End-User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Maj13 LLC and governs your use of the OrchestraX software.

License grant

Upon full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferablelicense to install and use OrchestraX for any purpose, personal or commercial, on up to5 devices simultaneously. You may deactivate a device from your customer account at any time to free a slot (deactivations are rate-limited to prevent abuse). Updates to the purchased major version are included.

Your music is yours

Everything you compose or export with OrchestraX — MIDI, arrangements, renders — belongs entirely to you. No royalties, no attribution, no restrictions on commercial use.

Activation

The software activates against our servers using your license key and a technical device identifier, and periodically re-validates its activation. Activation data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The software remains usable during temporary network unavailability.

What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent or publish your license key, or circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) activation and device limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Redistribute the software or make it available to third parties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or disable a license key in case of material breach of this agreement (including key sharing established by activation evidence), or upon a refund or payment dispute of the underlying purchase. Where the breach is remediable we will contact you first at your account email.

Warranty and consumer rights

For consumers in the EU, statutory conformity rights for digital content apply and are not limited by this agreement. Beyond mandatory law, the software is provided “as is”, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the license price paid.

Law

This agreement is governed by [French] law, without prejudice to mandatory protections of your country of residence.
